The website www.namaia.fi is maintained by Tmi COSMOWITHIN, from which the following customer information is collected and stored: participants in guidance/coaching/courses/retreats/online guidance, as well as subscribers to animal communication/services directed at animals and their humans, and subscribers to the email newsletter.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is used to maintain and manage customer relationships between the company and its customers, as well as for invoicing the services ordered. Personal data is also used for marketing the company's services, communication, and developing operations to best serve the customers. The customer register consists of individuals who have registered for guidance on the www.namaia.fi website or via namaia.on(at)gmail.com / halla.juthi(at)namaia.fi, as well as individuals who have joined the mailing list when ordering or purchasing the company's free and paid services and products.

Information related to services and guidance and coaching materials, as well as, if necessary, links to third-party sites where the services can be paid for or necessary guidance materials can be downloaded and/or viewed for personal use, will be sent by email to persons participating in guidance, coaching, training, and other services and to those who have purchased online guidance/coaching. In addition, persons registered for guidance and coaching will be contacted, for example, regarding possible schedule changes, cancellations, or content updates in the guidance sessions.

CONTENTS OF THE REGISTER

The register contains the following information provided by the customer at the time of registration: first name, last name, phone number, and email address. In some cases, for example when ordering guidance or a service as a physical meeting, the customer's home address is recorded in the register only for home visits and guidance / care / service purposes. The home address is not shared with outsiders.

REGULAR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The information is used solely for managing customer relationships of COSMOWITHIN / NAMAIA Tranquility & Happiness. Customer register information is not disclosed to third parties, nor outside the EU or EEA. However, personal data may be disclosed to authorities in accordance with Finnish law if requested.

REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION

The customer provides personal data recorded in the register when using the company's services, ordering an email newsletter, ordering and purchasing a product or service offered by the company through the website, or registering for guidance/coaching sessions. After an individual contact, a separate email may be sent to the person, asking whether they want to join the company's email list, and by responding and confirming their willingness to join, they are added to the company's data register. Customer information can be collected manually in situations where the customer is met physically and expresses their willingness to join the company's email list. Manual material is deleted immediately once it has been transferred to an electronic database.

PRINCIPLES OF REGISTER PROTECTION

The customer register is stored in an electronic database, which is securely protected with passwords and located in such a way that unauthorized parties do not have access to the information. Only the administrator of the register has access to the database.

RIGHT TO CHECK INFORMATION

A person recorded in the customer register can, according to Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, inspect the information about them stored in the register. A member can change, supplement, and delete their customer information by sending a request via email to namaia.on@gmail.com. The customer should wait for a confirmation email regarding the deletion of their data to ensure that the request has reached the controller. If the customer does not receive a confirmation email for some reason within 7 days, they must contact the controller again and personally ensure that their data has been removed from the register. The controller is not responsible for technical obstacles that prevent the deletion of customer data, but will delete the requested information immediately after confirming to the customer that the request has been received. All customer data will be deleted once its retention is no longer necessary for the controller. Information regarding the use of the service is not available to members.

Online guidance and coaching may contain links to third-party websites (online store, payment service, guidance and coaching materials). The company is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, or the links they contain.


If a person visits a linked website, it is their responsibility to familiarize themselves with the privacy policies, cookie collection information, and other applicable terms of use of that website.

TERMS OF SERVICE / PERSONAL AND DATA PROTECTION REGISTER (GDPR)

When ordering and using the services of NAMAIA Tranquility & Happiness | COSMOWITHIN Tmi, I understand / agree to the terms of use and the personal and data protection register below:

I am of legal age | over 18 years old. I understand that the services are intended as an alternative way to open understanding, maintain, and enhance the well-being of humans / animals. In situations requiring physical or mental health care, I will, if necessary, contact healthcare professionals and at my own discretion / responsibility use alternative and complementary services to enhance the well-being of myself and my animal friend.

I am responsible for my own and my animal friend's well-being. If necessary, I will discuss with the party managing my health the use of alternative services and animal communication as a service to open additional understanding in the case of my animal friend.


I am personally responsible for my Animal Friend's health, well-being, and for ensuring, when necessary, that the services are suitable for them in consultation with a professional responsible for health and well-being. It is my responsibility to provide all necessary and requested information for the services, and I understand, having read these terms of use and when ordering the service, that the service provider cannot assume responsibility for the suitability and effects of the services on my specific animal friend, nor for the 100% accuracy of the information provided by the animal, but the animal communicator merely conveys all information exactly as the animal provides it. I understand that my animal's health must always be primarily cared for by healthcare professionals, and that additional understanding and information obtained through animal communication in no way substitutes the view and care of a healthcare professional.

I also understand that Animal Communication Services are always only an alternative way to convey understanding and information about animals' mental world, life experiences, desires, and well-being, and that they are not used to treat health issues or make any kind of diagnoses. I understand that I always contact healthcare professionals in situations that require the care of my animal friend's health.

I understand that when ordering animal communication for an animal that is not owned by me, I must have the written consent of the animal's owner. In exceptional cases, animal communication can be carried out by separate agreement if the animal's owner is unknown, unavailable, or in the case of wild animals.


In tracking lost animals, I understand that animals move and change locations very quickly, making it very challenging to track and reach the animal, even if the information communicated by the animal is accurate. The animal may also be in a state of stress and fear during its escape, in which case it may convey very brief and even confusing visual information about its well-being and location. I understand that the animal communicator does their best to gain as clear an understanding as possible of the animal's condition and location, but they / the service provider cannot in any way be responsible for whether the escaped / lost animal is found and what its well-being is during its escape and when found. I understand that I order the tracking animal communication of my own choice and at my own responsibility to obtain additional understanding and information.

The service provider always recommends contacting, if necessary, e.g., the Tracker Dog Association and provides guidance related to the natural communication methods of animals during tracking, which may possibly influence the animal's discovery and return home. Despite animal communication, some animals may not necessarily be found or return, but the service provider does their best to establish contact with the animal and relay all information received from the animal to its owner. Even in tracking cases where volunteers order animal communication, it is important to have the animal owner's permission if they have one or the owner's assignment that allows volunteers to use all necessary means to find the animal.

NAMAIA Tranquility & Happiness | COSMOWITHIN Tmi, in addition to animal communication services, offers spiritual, alternative wellness-enhancing coaching services for animals and their humans, which guide the strengthening of natural state, presence, senses, and body awareness, and the opening of a direct connection between them. When ordering services, I understand that I am 100% responsible for how I receive, interpret, and practice the guidance given, and the service provider cannot take responsibility for the effects of these on myself or my animal companion. The purpose of the service provider is only to offer the necessary guidance and understanding, the utilization and implementation of which with my animal companion is my own responsibility.

I understand that the service provider is not obliged to compensate or refund the fees for services in any other case than if the possibility of compensation is specifically mentioned in the description of a particular service (for example, if contact cannot be established with an animal in Animal Communication, then the service will not be charged, or if a retreat is canceled by the organizer, the participant's fee will be refunded). Digital products do not have cancellation and refund rights. In any case, I can always provide feedback, and I understand that I can request compensation only if the service I ordered is not delivered despite my payment.
